As a HealingWorks® Expert Coach, I guide individuals and couples to break free from survival mode and step into sustainable connection. I help clients untangle cultural expectations, perfectionism, and communication breakdowns, creating space for authenticity, balance, and growth.

Why HealingWorks®

As the eldest child of Sudanese immigrants, I know firsthand the pressure of being everything for everyone. Through my own healing, I learned to embrace imperfection, reclaim my voice, and trust my intuition. I now channel that journey into helping clients around the world break cycles, rebuild trust, and experience love and leadership rooted in freedom.
