Anastacia Sams, MA, LMFT
Anastacia Sams, MA, LMFT is the Founder and CEO of HealingWorks®, a movement built to help high-achieving professionals, couples, and organizations move from survival mode into sustainable success.
Guided by the belief that we are designed for connection, Ana’s work challenges the Western notion of hyper-individualism and re-centers community, authenticity, and cultural wisdom as essential to well-being. She knows firsthand what it means to feel unseen, to internalize “not enough,” and to navigate spaces that fail to honor your worth. Through her own healing, she learned to reclaim her voice, embrace her authentic self, and walk in abundance, and now she teaches others to do the same.
As a licensed therapist, life coach, and relationship expert, Ana has spent over a decade helping people heal generational patterns, strengthen relationships, and lead with clarity. She believes that when individuals and organizations step into authenticity, they unlock connection, resilience, and joy; creating legacies rooted in wholeness and ease.
HealingWorks® is the culmination of that vision: a space where transformation is not only possible, but inevitable when people are truly seen and supported.
